Flovar Services Limited was founded in 2020 as an electrical works contractor. Our initial focus was supporting Kenya’s growing need for structured electrical systems, delivering domestic and commercial wiring projects, small-scale power installations, and partnering with utilities on basic electrification works. As a young company, we built our reputation by showing up, delivering consistently, and navigating Kenya’s evolving regulatory and technical landscapes with integrity.

These formative years gave us critical hands-on experience in grid behavior, customer engagement, and operational resilience. Skills that would later define our ability to scale and diversify. Beyond the technical work, those early projects helped shape our company’s values. We learned to approach each site with care, to respect our clients’ needs, and to adapt to evolving field conditions. We also developed internal systems for project tracking, quality assurance, and field supervision that remain in use to this day.

Our early experience as an electrical contractor laid the foundation for the engineering firm we are today. It taught us the importance of discipline, transparency, and precision.
